Princess Cruises is excited to announce: We are recruiting a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to take the next step in their career as a Marketing Coordinator! Reporting into the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of Princess Cruises marketing campaigns through campaign development, press and tactical emails whilst supporting management of administrative and marketing communications activities.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Support the delivery of all Princess Cruises marketing – brand and retail.
  • Assist Marketing team in the delivery of branded collateral, including branded merchandise through external suppliers or internal channels.
  • Assist Marketing team in delivery of weekly email campaigns and monthly short sales to both past guests and prospects.
  • Review and deliver newspaper and magazine press ads
  • Review with meticulous attention-to-detail all marketing campaign elements including brand imagery and language in material prior to dispatch.
  • Ensure campaign content is loaded and removed from the Princess website in accordance with campaign timings.
  • Work with Trade Marketing to mirror this in B2B channels such as OneSource.
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing Executive to develop our B2B comms.
  • Approve both the above and below the line comms for national co-op, ensuring our brand and our product messages are aligned with our strategy.
  • Support the Princess Cruises brand team in the daily execution of processes and procedures.
  • Support the Marketing team in administrative team tasks and duties

About You:

You are passionate about your Marketing career and are seeking the next opportunity to step up and work across a broad range of areas and channels. You're a results-driven, engaged, and resilient individual that loves working within a dynamic environment. You are a self-starter, confident communicator, and collaborator, always taking the initiative to assist the team to ensure deadlines are met. Aside from your fantastic organisation, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail, you will also have a strong work ethic and although you can work autonomously, it is in a team environment where you flourish. As part of a close-knit team, your outgoing personality and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the work done will set you apart from your competitors.

We would love to hear from people with:

  • 1 year experience working in a Marketing department or Agency in a similar role
  • Strong proof-reading skills are mandatory.
  • Comprehensive computer skills including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, with a collaborative team centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities against tight deadlines.
  • Ability to learn new systems and desire to build a career in the world of Marketing.
  • A passion or strong interest in the travel or cruise industry.
  • Marketing degree preferred
