Carnival Australia are excited to announce: We are hiring a Key Account Manager to join our Princess Cruises sales team. Based in our office in Chatswood, Sydney, reporting to the Senior Director - Sales, Marketing & Service this permanent full-time opportunity is responsible for strengthening Princess Cruises' market leadership with our distribution partners across the Australia region. As the principle point of contact for key accounts, this role is accountable for business development and growth through planning, training, and marketing support, to achieve our financial objectives, market share and customer satisfaction.

About you:
You're a result driven, engaged, and resilient individual that loves working within a dynamic environment. You will have extensive experience as a Key Account Manager with a passion for the travel or cruise industry. You are confident working with and interpreting data, translating it into findings offering ideas and solutions for the business to make the best commercial decisions. You are resilient, driven and demonstrate a high level of customer focus with commercial acumen and a focus on achieving results, with strong influencing, negotiation skills and ability to close the deal. You will have strong internal relationship building skills, with the ability to work with peers across multiple disciplines within a matrix structure. You are a confident public speaker and enjoy the opportunity to present to broad audiences, taking pride in your follow through and have a voracious appetite for customer service. Sound knowledge of the market, strong trade partnerships and the ability to be agile and pivot with an entrepreneurial spirit. As part of a close-knit team, your positive attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the work done will set you apart from your competitors.
