Due to an exciting time in our team members life, we have an opportunity for a Customer Communications Coordinator to join the team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. Based in our Chatswood office, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of effective internal and external communications including guest impacting events; knowledge management; change projects and initiatives; and proactive communications (digital content for our website, app and virtual agent, emails, forms and other standard collateral and letters).

You have excellent communication skill and are an outgoing, confident, result driven, and resilient individual that loves working within a dynamic environment. Agility with strong attention to detail, you are a confident communicator who works across multiple stakeholders, competing deadlines and are comfortable offering ideas and solutions. With a willingness to learn new things, you thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment always taking initiative to support business and team objectives. Aside from your fantastic communication, organisation and multi-tasking skills, you will have a strong work ethic and although you can work in a team, working autonomously is where you flourish.
