With our relaunch of cruising in Australia, we have a fantastic and creative opportunity for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Cunard team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to building brand consideration and will ultimately drive demand through integrated consumer and trade marketing campaigns using a variety of channels including ATL, BTL, offline and online.

 Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop, coordinate and execute the marketing communications calendar for the year
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with creative and media agencies
• Develop or edit copy for brochures, flyers, eDMs, DMs, web and social media.
• Plan, manage and execute retail campaigns including paid media, collateral, web content and BTL communications.
• Support the execution of the CRM strategy
• Develop and implement communications to travel agents around special offers, news and key selling points including collateral, e-newsletters, trade website and social media.
• Ensure consistent brand application and tone of voice in market when communicating across multiple touchpoints, making sure that all activity aligns with the Cunard brand pillars
• Manage expenses for marketing activity, raise purchase orders, monthly forecasting and maintenance of historical spend
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications and initiatives, and provide recommendations for optimisation

Supported by our close-knit team and working closely with the UK team, we have huge exciting plans as we continue building and growing our Cunard brand in the Australia and New Zealand market. To be successful in the role, you will need:

• Minimum 4 years' experience working in a marketing department or agency in a similar role
• Understanding of creative design, print/press and digital production processes
• Previous experience developing and executing communications or campaigns and evaluating media plans
• Demonstrated computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Ability to project manage multiple stakeholders to deliver common objectives
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and oral
• Flexibility to work across both AU and UK timelines as required
• Flexibility to travel
