Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maximising the revenue delivery through the full selling cycle
  • Create, execute and deliver revenue strategy for our local market in line with global objections, in consultation with Commercial Director
  • Scope and advise on ROI for proposed event voyage concepts
  • Run trade meetings and weekly/monthly calls with revenue management team in the broader team
  • Create and execute international sourcing strategy to encourage uplift on local deployment  
  • Work collaboratively with the wider International teams, in particular UK, to ensure that decisions are appropriate for respective markets
  • Manage implementation and control of all fare types, across markets, throughout the booking cycle
  • Lead and initiate regular continuous improvement process for efficiency and productivity
  • Create pricing briefs and maintain accurate fares and availability throughout campaign period for sales & market outputs

About you:

First and foremost, you are highly team-centric, and lead from the front. Along with revenue management experience, you have strong social skills and have led a team with diverse responsibilities. Willing to support the team and others at any level to ensure the delivery of excellence and service at every turn. An ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment whilst ensuring a strong output and accuracy.

We would love to hear from people with:

  • Prior experience at Revenue Management level in a leadership capacity.
  • Prior experience in leadership and people management
  • Understanding of revenue management to maximise revenues
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office essential specifically excel – pivot tables
  • Ability to read, translate and use data for reporting and presentation purposes
  • Capable of high level of accuracy and strong analytical skills with strategic focus.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience with reservations systems preferred
  • Experience or exposure in the Cruise industry preferred
  • A self-starter with confident influencing, negotiating and decision-making skills
