This dynamic role will see the successful candidate provide high level of administration support to the Vice President and Fleet Operations leadership team, and ensure that the department's administration requirements are met.


Typical responsibilities can include (but are not limited to):

  • Diary, email and meeting management
  • Organising local and international travel for the Fleet Operations leadership team
  • Co-ordination of team meetings and reporting responsibilities as required, including the compilation of reports, presentations, agendas, minute taking, Project Plans and Tracking
  • Arrange and co-ordinate departmental social functions, conferences and meetings (both internal and external) as required
  • Maintain accurate and informative reporting requirements as determined by the Fleet Operations Leadership team
  • Management of expenses and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work closely with Executive Assistant team (both global and local) to support an effective Fleet Operations team


We seek applications from administrative professionals with a passion and/or knowledge of the Australian Cruise Industry, who bring:

  • Similar experience in a senior administration capacity
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, in particular Excel
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and analytical skills
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to liaise with key stakeholders at varying levels
  • Polished levels of communication – both written and verbal
  • Strong levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent levels of initiative and diligence
  • High levels of adaptability, and an appreciation for a highly dynamic work environment
  • A strong team player, who has an appreciation of commercial objectives and how they relate to the team
