The Team Assistant provides support to the Carnival Cruise Line team, ensuring that the department is represented in a professional, efficient and effective manner through PA support for the Vice President (Australia) and the senior management team via the execution of administration and organisational tasks.

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Diary management, including juggling competing demands for time
  • General administration and organisational support to the Carnival Cruise Lines team
  • Prepare and distribute written documentation, correspondence, meeting minutes and presentation material
  • Facilitate meetings with international-based colleagues
  • Coordination of boarding documents and cabin bookings
  • Organising local and international travel and accommodation
  • Managing invoicing, including coding and processing invoices in a timely manner and completing IExpenses

 

Our perfect candidate will bring a minimum of 1 years' experience in a highly dynamic work environment, within a Personal Assistant/Office Manager/Administration Support capacity. Other key attributes include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong general administration skills, including diary and meeting  management
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Superior levels of adaptability, self-motivation and initiative
  • Exceptional organisation, planning and priorisation skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and deliver multiple tasks to deadline
  • Confidence to push back, chase, organise and help control a fast-paced, energetic team
