Our Cruise Consultants are the first point of contact for all guest booking enquiries, providing exceptional sales and service to ensure the attainment of sales targets and corporate objectives, focusing on driving cruise sales, encouraging customer loyalty and managing all pre-cruise booking enquiries.

 

We seek applications from customer service professionals who have a passion for travel and tourism and demonstrate:

  • Proven customer service and sales experience, including a track record in achieving/exceeding targets and key performance indicators
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing 5-star levels of service
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and a strong team orientation
  • Strong PC literacy

 

Please note that our Cruise Consultants are required to be flexible to be rostered anywhere between the hours of 8.30am and 7.00pm Mon- Fri; and 9.00am-5.00pm Saturday – we work off a rotating roster.
