Our Cruise Holiday Planner Administrator is responsible for providing support for the Cruise Holiday Planners through managing client and business service requests. The role will require the successful applicant to interpret and understand client's profiles, as well as provide exceptional customer service, whilst maintaining accurate information into the system and managing daily activities through efficient scheduling.

 

Other specific responsibilities will include:

  • Manage time and priorities to efficiently contact and service leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with contacted leads to facilitate repeat business for Cruise Holiday Planners
  • Display excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity
  • Action Siebel leads including reassignments, validation, sales and support
  • Service and schedule activities in Siebel
  • Service absent Cruise Holiday Planner requests
  • Maintain accurate records, including individual performance for personal measures

 

We seek applications from individuals with strong administrative skills, accompanied with a sales/customer service focus, who demonstrate:

  • Experience in an outbound or customer service environment
  • Proven ability to work within a target driven environment
  • Proven ability in time management and scheduling appointments
  • PC literacy in Windows, MS Office and other associated applications
  • The self-confidence to make outbound sales calls
  • Articulate communication and relationship building skills, with the proven ability to build a rapid rapport over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task within a deadline-driven environment
