Princess Cruises is the third largest cruise ship operator in the world and part of the world's leading cruise holiday company, Carnival Corporation (represented in the Asia Pacific region by Carnival Australia). Known as the Destination Experts, Princess Cruises visits over 350 ports around the world. Locally, Princess Cruises has operated cruises for more than 10 years and has five ships departing from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Fremantle and Auckland. 


Working two days per week, the Customer Relations Administrator is responsible for supporting the Customer Solutions and Relations department by managing and processing incoming correspondence, including data entry and updating systems.


Other specific responsibilities will include:

  • Process and action loyalty requests
  • Creating, amending and cancelling Future Cruise Credit requests
  • Creating and allocating cases including claims, feedback and complaints
  • Printing and posting booking confirmations and passenger documents
  • Responding to low level queries
  • General administration duties such as data entry, scanning, and mail distribution


We seek applications from self-sufficient administration professionals who demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within an office/administrative environment
  • A strong commitment to customer service
  • Demonstrated Data Entry experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products, as well as POLAR and Siebel (preferred)
  • A high standard of oral and written communication skills, with a high attention to detail
  • Initiative, motivation and a positive ‘can do' attitude
  • Strong organisation and time management skills – with the ability to autonomously prioritise tasks to reach deadlines
  • Flexible availability
