Locally, Princess Cruises has operated cruises for more than 10 years and has five ships departing from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Fremantle and Auckland. 

Reporting to the Director of Contact Centre Sales, Princess Cruises (US-Based) you will be working closely with the Vice President A&NZ and the Head of Customer Service here in Australia, to drive sales in our outbound contact centre team. With our commitment to ensuring exceptional guest experience, this role has been create to empower the sales floor creating a culture of success as well as sales excellence.

On any given day, you will be:

  • Supporting our team on the frontlines; mentoring them and ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and capabilities to excel.
  • Partnering with our teams to devise new initiatives; Planning and executing specific call out campaigns, goals and incentives.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement; Enhancing Siebel and reviewing performance reports for potential gaps.
  • Be the Team Champion; Communicating performance results to other departments and leading daily/ weekly sales update meetings to showcase your teams results.
  • Developing the best environment for success; Defining sales and associated outbound KPIs and empowering your team through the necessary processes to ensure they reach them.
